Statement of Purpose:
A. The Village of Cherry Hill is a mixed-use community in Boone County, MO. The Master Plan for the Village of Cherry Hill includes walkable streets, plazas and greens, and a range of housing types and businesses. The Master Plan is comprised of both the Neighborhood, which is the primary residential portion, and the Town Center, which brings together a mixture of commercial and residential uses.
B. Town Center is designed to combine various uses in dynamic fashion. At street level, Town Center mixes retail stores, restaurants, and service establishments, Subject to applicable City Ordinances, pushcarts, kiosks, and special events will be added. Offices, artists’ workshops, studios, and other uses, may fill in the outlying portions of the Town Center and second floors of the core area. Residential units top most of the buildings.
All signs are to be approved by the Cherry Hill Review Board (CHRB) prior to installation. Approval may by denied if the CHRB determines, in its complete discretion, that a sign is not compatible with the character of the area.

The Village Apartments
