Summertime is here, and with that goes the sound of construction; both road construction on Scott Boulevard, and the Woodstock apartment building on Cherry Hill Drive.  
 
The Woodstock has 8 apartments; 2 bedroom/2bath, with decks/patios, carports and storage units. They will be ready for occupancy August 2; there are currently five still available. The Woodstock is a NON-SMOKING building. For more information, contact Don Ginsburg at 446-0440 or by email at don@donginsburg.com 
 
Scott Boulevard will take a little longer; city engineers project July 2011 as the completion date. Mother Nature has caused some significant delays this year. 
 
Family First Chiropractic & Wellness Center is opening August 1 in Suite 103 (lower level) of the Keystone Building. Drs. Kelli & David Winarski can be reached at 443-5900 or you can visit their website – http://www.familyfirstcolumbia.com 
 
Also opening August 1 is Focus on Health in Suite 101A in the Merchant Street Building. Dr. Curt Kippenberger, chiropractic physician, can be reached at 777-5900 or http://www.focusonhealthchiro.com 
This will fill just about all the retail space in this building, as both Cherry Hill Massage http://www.cherryhillmassage.com and Pilates for Every Body http://www.pilatesforeverybody.net moved into Suite 105 on June 1. 
 
Kostaki’s Pizzeria has a new website with daily and monthly specials – http://www.kostakispizzeria.com They are also featuring flavored doughs. Also in the Flagstone Building, Anytime Fitness is currently offering a membership promotion – buy one regular membership @ $41.95/mo., and get a 2nd membership for free. 
 
Kudos to the Cherry Hill Business Association for putting together another Summerfest & Art Show. A great time was had by all – until the rains came. The event committee is currently recovering from working hard on that festival, but already thinking about upcoming events. Possibilities include a Fall Festival, Fall Business Mixer, and another Ladies Night.
