Association Fees & Assessments*

  • $243 yearly
  • The homes with alleys shall be subject to an additioanl $100 yearly assessment by the Neighborhood Association for maintenance & snow removal costs
  • Condo fees are $125/mo. plus $343/yr. Association Dues

Plan Approval

All residences must have approval of the Cherry Hill Design Review Board prior to construction. See "Design Code" and "Neighborhood Declaration" above.
